3. Records are generated in the prescribed format (as prescribed under the law) and mailed to the clients as softcopy and printouts.

Monthly Compliances Audit/Visits

1. Our team visits in the Clients Premises and verify the records.
2. Identify the gap on renewals/new registrations / amendments.
3. The outcome of visit report will be given to the Key Account Manager.

Compliance Dash Board/ Monthly Compliance Status Tracker

1. A dedicated back office team will provide the clients monthly compliance status report, instantly.
2. The Compliance Status of report which will clearly give an indication as to what are the records/returns legally due in a given month.

Yearly Comprehensive Compliance Audit

1. A Comprehensive yearly Compliance Audit is done meticulously; it goes through from the Accounts or Finance Department records such as Books of Accounts/Balance Sheets/Trial Balance and HR records Attendance / Salary Registers.
2. The idea behind this is to approach the compliance from a "Proactive Enforcement Perspective" and take "Preventive Measures" than reacting to given situation.
3. Gap in the statutory requirements are highlighted and concrete compliance action taken in consultation with the client.

Mock Inspection

1. A client is likely to get letters of Inspection/Hearing from various authorities like ESIC/Provident Fund etc.
2. On these occasions, we at IPS will conduct a "Mock Inspection" as if an "Inspector" is conducting these inspections so that both IPS and client is better "prepared" to face the inspection or audits.

Review Meetings

Managers at IPS meet the client leadership periodically; review and discuss the gaps/lacunae/amendments etc so that the Client do not falter on the provisions of the law.
